More on thoughts about the bill passing the house.... honestly it was so close in its passing I am not thinking it will pass the Senate HOWEVER to be sure of that we MUST keep the pressure on!! This just goes to show you that our representatives do not care what we want and apparently think their comfy seats are safe no matter what so we must show them otherwise.  With so many upset people that it REALLY makes me wonder who voted all these people in, and keeps voting them in election after election?

Now I wonder has any of the liberal supporters, who thinks this is just GREAT, figured out where all the $$$ is coming from? Has their crazy brain had any forethought of when millions upon millions of Americans will be FORCED on the Govt healthcare bill that taxes WILL skyrocket. The govt program will not be able to handle the influx, not enough money (RATIONING), Not enough Doctors (RATIONING and long long waits), Not enough facilities. The inability of them not looking past today is seriously mind blowing. Notice Pelosi is smiling- have you never heard the saying that if someone is smiling over something so many are against to watch out for the evil plot going on in the head yeah that is what that smile says to me. CONGRATULATIONS NANCY!!! YOU DID WHAT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE DID NOT WANT....

 IF this passes all the way its the beginning of the end and it will be time to stop talking and take serious actions!!!!!  Let's see how much longer we have until we have to change "We the People" to "We the subjects of BIG GOVERNMENT'!  This was not FOR the people BY the people.

Health Care passes the house!

Health Care Reform Bill Passes House 220-215 :-( hopefully won't get passed the senate

While I agree with the need for health care overhaul, it scares the hell out of me that ordinary everyday Americans are going to be forced to buy health care from the same crooks who caused the problem, or face serious fines, or possibly even jailtime. That's just plain crazy BS!

Mandatory forcing people to pay for insurance, which they can not afford is just wrong it is against our 13th amendment basically is slavery! I would rather see no change than 'crazy' change. A bunch of 'rich' politicians deciding what 'we' the people can, or cannot afford, is VERY wrong.

I agree there needs to be alternative options, but if 'mandatory' is included in the language of the bill, I hope it fails. It BETTER FAIL!  More pressure on 'ordinary Americans' is unacceptable! It's already hard enough to make ends meet, without the fear of jail, or financial ruin.

Happy talk about health care, while putting in devastating consequences is anything but 'happy' for those that will be 'forced' to pay for 'rich politicians 'happy talk'. Just say no to mandatory health care! It's just wrong!

I want health care reform, NOT insurance reform. Does this bill give us that? We have no way of knowing because it's still be negotiated (meaning the Dems don't have enough votes for the original version). Who is really making out with our money....certainly isn't us now is it!?  We use alternative health care so unless there is something affordable that we can use for our ways of life this is plain and simply wrong! We would be forced to waste money on something we don't need.

Help is Needed on Cap-and-Trade Today

Sen. Barbara Boxer is trying to pull a fast one!

She wants to force her outrageous Boxer-Kerry cap-and-trade energy rationing and taxing scheme through the Senate Environment and Public Workers Committee this week, while the country is focused on health care.  Sen. Boxer is even trying to force it through without the official EPA analysis of what's in the bill and how much it will cost.

It's bad enough to try to pass the biggest tax hike in history, hidden in what's supposed to be an environmental bill.  But slamming it through a committee when it hasn't even been analyzed by the EPA is wrong.  The public has a right to know what's in the bill and what the EPA thinks it will cost.

Committee votes matter, because once a senator supports something in committee it's very hard for them to change their mind on later votes.  That makes it even more outrageous that the first votes could be cast while much of the bill-and its sky-high costs for regular Americans-remain secret.

Calling ALL Patriots It's Make or Break Time with Health Care

Thursday at 12:00 we will be presenting our senators the petitions that were signed Sunday. We will meet in front of Baucus's office in the Great Northern Town Center at 30 west 14th block. After presenting the petitions to his office we are going to go to Testers office at 208 North Montana Ave. Suite 202A and do like wise with his office. This is in response to a National call to stop the passage of a Health Care bill this week. Please read the below suggestions and your support is requested as this cannot pass. Roger


It's Make or Break Time with Health Care

Speaker Pelosi is working to bring the bill to the floor of the House on Friday or Saturday of this week. 

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is working to line up 60 votes so that the bill may be brought to the Senate Floor.  The Senate cannot bring a bill to the floor as easily as the House.

In the Senate, the bill must have unanimous consent to be brought to a vote (which this one will not) or there will have to be a motion to proceed. When the motion to proceed is announced, objections will occur.  After this Senator Reid will file a cloture motion, which will attempt to stop debate and actually allow vote on his original motion to proceed.  For the cloture motion to win, there must be 60 votes. 

The National Tea Party Patriots have been working on an Operation House Call program and traveling to DC to personally deliver "NO HEALTHCARE" faxes from patriots in all states......


Passion to Action Weekly To Do List
The phone calls, emails, faxes, and protests have been working.  While it is hard work, please keep up the effort.

Monday:
1.  Begin writing a personal letter from your heart to the Senators and Representatives
     below ( 73 total ).  Write one addressed to each Congressman.  Then fax to
     678-302-5377. The National Tea Party Group will hand deliver the faxes in Washington.

2.  Plan a protest outside Baucus and Tester offices on Thursday, November 5th
     at 10:00 am.  This coincides with protests in Washington at the same hour.

Tuesday:

3.  While faxes are being distributed at 11:30 am (MST) to Senate Office Buildings, we
      need to back up their efforts by calling all the targeted Senators today. (See List
      below).   Call National and local offices.

         TIP:   Just calmly give   " name, address  and  say NO HEALTHCARE."
                  They will only tally your opinion as either "yes" or "no"  and then calculate
                  the day's total.   No need to give lengthy explanation.

Wednesday:

4.  While faxes are being distributed at 8:30 am (MST) to Representative Office Buildings,
     in Washington, we need to back up their efforts by calling all the
     targeted Representatives today. (See List below).   Call National and local offices.
Thursday:
5.  Operation House Call in Washington continues by joining Congressman Michelle
      Bachman at (10:00 am our time) to make additional calls on Congress.  Many groups
      have chartered caravans and buses from DE, GA, IL, LA, NY, RI, TX, VA: 

6.   Protest at Baucus and Tester offices at 12:00 PM.   Send 1 person into the office
      to tell the staff members how you feel about government takeover of healthcare.
      Call Congressman's office again to say NO to healthcare. 

7.   Keep the pressure on...

Friday:

8.   Call Baucus and Tester AGAIN and say NO to goverment run healthcare!
9.   Call the local offices and district offices of the targeted Congressmen again today.

Ron Paul needs our help

Mel Watt (D-NC), Chairman of the Monetary Policy Subcommittee, has sided with banking interests and is working to gut substantial audit provisions from H.R. 1207. The bill Congressman Watt has sent to the full Financial Services Committee contains no audit of the Fed’s monetary policy-making authority or transparency of the Fed’s secret agreements with foreign central banks.

Without these provisions, a so-called “audit” of the Fed would be worthless.

The full Financial Services Committee is likely to vote on this bill either later this week or early next.

Congressman Paul will offer an amendment to restore the provisions contained in H.R. 1207 to audit monetary policy and activity with foreign central banks. Thirteen of the 41 Democrats and all 29 Republicans on the Committee have cosponsored H.R. 1207, and if they hold the line, we will have the votes to win and restore our audit.

Obama Poised to Cede US Sovereignty in UN Treaty, Claims British Lord

The Minnesota Free Market Institute hosted an event at Bethel University in St. Paul on Wednesday evening. Keynote speaker Lord Christopher Monckton, former science adviser to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, gave a scathing and lengthy presentation, complete with detailed charts, graphs, facts, and figures which culminated in the utter decimation of both the pop culture concept of global warming and the credible threat of any significant anthropomorphic climate change.

A detailed summary of Monckton’s presentation will be available here once compiled. However, a segment of his remarks justify immediate publication. If credible, the concern Monckton speaks to may well prove the single most important issue facing the American nation, bigger than health care, bigger than cap and trade, and worth every citizen’s focused attention.

Here were Monckton’s closing remarks, as dictated from my audio recording:

At [the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference in] Copenhagen, this December, weeks away, a treaty will be signed. Your president will sign it. Most of the third world countries will sign it, because they think they’re going to get money out of it. Most of the left-wing regime from the European Union will rubber stamp it. Virtually nobody won’t sign it

I read that treaty. And what it says is this, that a world government is going to be created. The word “government” actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity. The second purpose is the transfer of wealth from the countries of the West to third world countries, in satisfication of what is called, coyly, “climate debt” – because we’ve been burning CO2 and they haven’t. We’ve been screwing up the climate and they haven’t. And the third purpose of this new entity, this government, is enforcement.

How many of you think that the word “election” or “democracy” or “vote” or “ballot” occurs anywhere in the 200 pages of that treaty? Quite right, it doesn’t appear once. So, at last, the communists who piled out of the Berlin Wall and into the environmental movement, who took over Greenpeace so that my friends who funded it left within a year, because [the communists] captured it – Now the apotheosis is at hand. They are about to impose a communist world government on the world. You have a president who has very strong sympathies with that point of view. He’s going to sign it. He’ll sign anything. He’s a Nobel Peace Prize [winner]; of course he’ll sign it.
(Laughter)
And the trouble is this; if that treaty is signed, if your Constitution says that it takes precedence over your Constitution (sic), and you can’t resign from that treaty unless you get agreement from all the other state parties – And because you’ll be the biggest paying country, they’re not going to let you out of it.

So, thank you, America. You were the beacon of freedom to the world. It is a privilege merely to stand on this soil of freedom while it is still free. But, in the next few weeks, unless you stop it, your president will sign your freedom, your democracy, and your humanity away forever! And neither you nor any subsequent government you may elect will have any power whatsoever to take it back. That is how serious it is. I’ve read the treaty. I’ve seen this stuff about [world] government and climate debt and enforcement. They are going to do this to you whether you like it or not.

But I think it is here, here in your great nation, which I so love and I so admire – it is here that perhaps, at this eleventh hour, at the fifty-ninth minute and fifty-ninth second, you will rise up and you will stop your president from signing that dreadful treaty, that purposeless treaty. For there is no problem with climate and, even if there were, an economic treaty does nothing to [help] it.

So I end by saying to you the words that Winston Churchill addressed to your president in the darkest hour before the dawn of freedom in the Second World War. He quoted from your great poet Longfellow:

Sail on, O Ship of State!
Sail on, O Union, strong and great!
Humanity with all its fears,
With all the hopes of future years,
Is hanging breathless on thy fate!

Lord Monckton received a standing ovation and took a series of questions from members of the audience. Among those questions were these relevent to the forthcoming Copenhagen treaty:

Question: The current administration and the Democratic majority in Congress has shown little regard for the will of the people. They’re trying to pass a serious government agenda, and serious taxation and burdens on future generations. And there seems to be little to stop them. How do you propose we stop Obama from doing this, because I see no way to stop him from signing anything in Copenhagen. I believe that’s his agenda and he’ll do it.

I don’t minimize the difficulty. But on this subject – I don’t really do politics, because it’s not right. In the end, your politics is for you. The correct procedure is for you to get onto your representatives, both in the US Senate where the bill has yet to go through (you can try and stop that) and in [the House], and get them to demand their right of audience (which they all have) with the president and tell him about this treaty. There are many very powerful people in this room, wealthy people, influential people. Get onto the media, tell them about this treaty. If they go to www.wattsupwiththat.com, they will find (if they look carefully enough) a copy of that treaty , because I arranged for it to be posted there not so long ago. Let them read it, and let the press tell the people that their democracy is about to be taken away for no good purpose, at least [with] no scientific basis [in reference to climate change]. Tell the press to say this. Tell the press to say that, even if there is a problem [with climate change], you don’t want your democracy taken away. It really is as simple as that.
Question: Is it really irrevocable if that treaty is signed? Suppose it’s signed by someone who does not have the authority, as I – I have some, a high degree of skepticism that we do have a valid president there because I -

I know at least one judge who shares your opinion, sir, yes.
I don’t believe it until I see it. … Would [Obama's potential illegitimacy as president] give us a reasonable cause to nullify whatever treaty that he does sign as president?

I would be very careful not to rely on things like that. Although there is a certain amount of doubt whether or not he was born in Hawaii, my fear is it would be very difficult to prove he wasn’t born in Hawaii and therefore we might not be able to get anywhere with that. Besides, once he’s signed that treaty, whether or not he signed it validly, once he’s signed it and ratified it – your Senate ratifies it – you’re bound by it. But I will say one thing; they know, in the White House, that they won’t be able to get the 67 votes in the Senate, the two-thirds majority that your Constitution has stipulated must be achieved in order to ratify a treaty of this kind. However, what they’ve worked out is this – and they actually let it slip during the election campaign, which is how I know about it. They plan to enact that Copenhagen treaty into legislation by a simple majority of both houses. That they can do.

But the virtue of that – and here you have a point – is that is, thank God, reversible. So I want you to pray tonight, and pray hard for your Senate that they utterly refuse to ratify the [new] Treaty of Copenhagen, because if they refuse to ratify it and [Obama] has to push it through as domestic legislation, you can repeal it.

Regardless of whether global warming is taking place or caused to any degree by human activity, we do not want a global government empowered to tax Americans without elected representation or anything analogous to constitutional protections. The Founding Fathers would roll over in their graves if they knew their progeny allowed a foreign power such authority, effectively undoing their every effort in an act of Anti-American Revolution. If that is our imminent course, we need to put all else on hold and focus on stopping it. If American sovereignty is ceded, all other debate is irrelevant.

Skimming through the treaty, I came across verification of Monckton’s assessment of the new entity’s purpose:
38. The scheme for the new institutional arrangement under the Convention will be based on three basic pillars: government; facilitative mechanism; and financial mechanism, and the basic organization of which will include the following:

World Government (heading added)
(a) The government will be ruled by the COP with the support of a new subsidiary body on adaptation, and of an Executive Board responsible for the management of the new funds and the related facilitative processes and bodies. The current Convention secretariat will operate as such, as appropriate.
To Redistribute Wealth (heading added)
b) The Convention’s financial mechanism will include a multilateral climate change fund including five windows: (a) an Adaptation window, (b) a Compensation window, to address loss and damage from climate change impacts [read: the "climate debt" Monckton refers to], including insurance, rehabilitation and compensatory components, © a Technology window; (d) a Mitigation window; and (e) a REDD window, to support a multi-phases process for positive forest incentives relating to REDD actions.
With Enforcement Authority (heading added)

© The Convention’s facilitative mechanism will include: (a) work programmes for adaptation and mitigation; (b) a long-term REDD process; © a short-term technology action plan; (d) an expert group on adaptation established by the subsidiary body on adaptation, and expert groups on mitigation, technologies and on monitoring, reporting and verification; and (e) an international registry for the monitoring, reporting and verification of compliance of emission reduction commitments, and the transfer of technical and financial resources from developed countries to developing countries. The secretariat will provide technical and administrative support, including a new centre for information exchange [read; enforcement].

obama inks the Defense bill

WITH hate crimes bill piggy backed onto it!!

I will take some time to get my thoughts in better order but off the top of my head I am NOT pleased with this BS.  If I understood this when I first heard about the hate crimes bill it will give more rights to pedophiles than protection for our children!!  I don't care if you want to be in a same sex relationship but seriously come on...

I remember the Matthew Shepherd story and I know that is where this bill was derived from, but if I remember correctly with how this is stated pedophiles will be able to twist this in their defense and state it is their choice and we can't do anything about it and WHY does this have to piggy back the defense bill....why??  Next thing you know the federal government will use it to take away our free speech.  this is just another way government is over reaching and abusing its power!!  So with this bill it will be open season on OUR children that we try and have laws to protect them I say it will be open season on these sick bastards that think they will try to come near ONE of my children!!

An open letter to Congress. I do not know who originated this, but I hope you send something similar, or copy this and send it, to Congress! Don't forget to send to Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, too.

To the Congress:

              
The U.S. Postal Service was established in 1775 - you have had 234 years
to get it right; it is broke.


Social Security was established in 1935 - you have had 74 years to get
it right; it is broke.


Fannie Mae was established in 1938 - you have had 71 years to get it
right; it is broke.


The "War on Poverty" started in 1964 - you have had 45 years to get it
right; $1 trillion of our money is confiscated each year and transferred
to "the poor"; it hasn't worked and our entire country is broke.


Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965 - you've had 44 years to
get it right; they are broke.


Freddie Mac was established in 1970 - you have had 39 years to get it
right; it is broke.


Trillions of dollars were spent in the massive political payoffs called
TARP, the "Stimulus", the Omnibus Appropriations Act of 2009... none
show any signs of working, although ACORN appears to have found a new
source: the American taxpayer. (have you seen Acorn's new video's?)

And finally, to set a new record:


"Cash for Clunkers" was established in 2009 and went broke in 2009! It
took cars (that were the best some people could afford) and replaced
them with high-priced and less-affordable cars, mostly Japanese. A good
percentage of the profits went out of the country. And the American
taxpayers take the hit for Congress' generosity in burning three billion
more of our dollars on failed experiments.


So with a perfect 100% failure rate and a record that proves that
"services" you shove down our throats are failing faster and faster, you
want Americans to believe you can be trusted with a government-run
health care system?  Add in the $6 billion spent by the Department of
Energy each year to insure energy independence and you can see why
Americans are skeptical of new Government plans.

school children asked to pledge to serve OBAMA???

The following video was shown to 850 students at a school assembly of the Eagle Bay Elementary School in Farmington, Utah:

yeah hmm let me think a minute sorry hold on it is coming to me...… Oh yeah I thought public servants were supposed to serve the public, not the other way around!

I’ve got one of several: I pledge never to buy another movie ticket or rent of any film these people are in. I didn't want to continue to give them publicity by further posting it but you also need to be aware of what is going on!! I pledge to give Barack Obama as much assistance as I can to send him to the private sector. Oh but sadly he has never worked in the private sector and I doubt he’d last more than a week in a real business!! I pledge to continue to ask those in the video to give up all their monies, time and energy to make all they want happen. After all, they are rich so why not give it all up and help us all out.I pledge to continue to forward information out to the uninformed populace who don’t see what is happening right under their noses. A school principal has apologized for showing a video at an assembly that a politically conservative group leader is calling “radical, leftist propaganda.”
Children at Eagle Bay Elementary School in Farmington were shown a short video called “I pledge” on Aug. 28. The video opens with an image of President Barack Obama and part of a speech in which he says, “Let us summon a new spirit of patriotism, of responsibility where each of us resolves to pitch in and work harder and look after not only ourselves but each other.” The video then features celebrities making pledges about how they will help the president and the world — and that’s where some say the problem lies…
… Gayle Ruzicka, president of conservative Utah Eagle Forum, said the video was blatantly political. She said other offensive pledges included, “I pledge to be of service to Barack Obama,” “I pledge allegiance to the funk, to the united funk of funkadelica,” and pledges to not use plastic grocery bags and not flush the toilet after urinating.
“It’s very inappropriate to show a radical, leftist propaganda piece that political to children,” Ruzicka said. “If parents want their children to learn about those things and do them in the home, wonderful, fine, but it’s not the place of the school to show a one-sided propaganda piece to children without parents knowing about it.”
Cieslewicz said such values should be decided in the home, not at school.

Q: SO When was the last time school children were asked to pledge to a national leader?

Now with are email list so large we might make 100 at just the second meeting! Our goal is to network with each other and together educate Gallatin County on how the Federal Reserve really works. We met a lot of good people at the first meeting and have already started making big progress. For instance, we met Clint who is not scared to call the radio and tell them like it is. We also met Steve and his wife Cris who brought a perfect cake for the BBQ [it said End The Fed] and they ordered the multidisc DVD burner that we really needed. We should all try to give them ten dollars at the next BBQ to off set the 500 dollars it cost. Our next move is to Canvas MSU with Documentaries about the Fed. We could find out when the Political Science and Economics classes get out and hand out a hundred DVDs as they walk out of class. After that we are going to hang them up on doors. They will all have our contact information on them so you will see our numbers grow so fast we won’t fit in the park!

Please get ACTIVE! If we don’t take action we are worthless to the cause and the cause is greater then us…….Its for our families future and the future of mankind. THIS BBQ is more of a Potluck….Last names…A-L pleas try to bring a main dish M-Z please bring a side or paper plates.

BO to speak to our public school children

OH HELL NO I did NOT just hear what I think I heard did I???

OK first and foremost I am never happier than right now that I homeschool:) And somehow I am seeing homeschooling or private schools popping up more and more and getting away from government ruled schools.

So before I go further I guess you should know what I heard in case you haven't or if you have you already know what I am about to say. So I hear Barack HUSSEIN Obama plans to speak directly to children in the government classroom via the internet on Sept 8th at 1pm eastern time grades preK-6th from what I understand but you might check into that info. Since when did you start sending your kids to school to be indoctrinated, since when did we change the course of what is taught going from reading, writing and arithmatic traded in for political brainwashing. This sounds something like I remember from my history classes that Hitler did to his Hitler Youth. Cant crack the parents so lets go after our new civilian crew...children! Lets train them to our liking. I am sorry but when it comes to holidays I remember when my kids were in government school I had to sign something if I did or didn't want my kids participating in certain things such as field trips, prayer, holiday class parties, sex education classes etc... I would expect since this man has no teaching degree from what I know anyhow that there will be some kind of permission slip sent home for the parents to say yes or no... BUT from what I have heard this is going to be mandatory w/o parents present, their participation or approval??? Parents sounds like your kids just came down with the squirrel flu.... start a keep your kid home from school day!! I see this as the start of his brainwashing our children and to turn them against us. From what I heard this is just a lets start this school year strong speech, but I also heard there is a list of "suggestions" that are for the teachers and children to prep for this said speech of his. So what is this going to be a graded thing and if you don't participate you get an F?? I also heard they are to study Obama's writings and presidency? Umm dude he has only been in office a few sad short months what Presidency?? I have also heard there will be a script for teachers and one such question for children will be Why do you think its important to listen to President Obama? Now I like to do all my research before blogging but kinda hard w/o my computer so am writing this all so when I get access to a computer I can just copy and paste. But I don't think for a second that what I heard is false. Not when I look over his past few months in office. From what I understand in this little speech of his supposedly there will be something about how we the kids parents must fill out the census or they will go to jail. Oh yeah lets just scare the poor kids.

I don't trust for a minute this isn't the start to something that of Hitler. Maybe just maybe I am wrong....but I don't think so. Lets look at his track record for a minute shall we? THIS administrations track record has been all about the government control and running our lives telling us what is good and bad for us that we don't know whats for the best but they do. When the "president" himself browbeats property owners that want to protect their legal rights, when he gets in the middle of a local police matter admitting he didn't know the facts, when he tells us we don't know what is good for us when he is wanting to push thru this obamacare without full approval and states it will get passed?? when there is a notification put out on the White House website (oh and that is another pet peeve of mine all these .gov websites...will get to that) to report people they hear that are against Obama and what his intentions are, when he goes and appologizes "for" Americans in past wars, bows to a Saudi king Umm yeah sorry stay the HELL away from my children. Again so happy I homeschool and it is something he will NEVER take away from me. I hear my husband and others say he is working toward that agenda, but you best just not mess with this mama bear...you will not win.

Thru my meetings over the recent months from End the Feds, Tea Parties, The Americans For Prosperity and so on I am so happy to see more and more people are waking up sadly not yet enough!! He hates America yet he is going to sit there and give this speech to MY child...oh thats right I homeschool and he won't be speaking to them. I remember a speech he gave in Colorado last year where he stated he wanted a Civilian National Security Force... where better to start than our impressionable children. I am guessing that is the new recent big push of the Peace Corps commercials. When my tv works...yes I got a new tv, new antenna and still get major digital disruptions in our daily shows so we rarely do turn the tv on and when we do seems like every other commercial has to do with something or other .gov websites, or I want to be a hero join the peace corp bs. I am all about having my kids help others, we have visited the nursing homes, the VA hospitals, baked goods for others when sick or around the holidays and walked around hand delivering them, the pet shelters, if my kids see someone has dropped something and arms are full or simply didn't notice they will go and help out. My 9 yr old son holds the door open for women. When these things start to be demanded of is when we will see even less giving and lending a helping hand. Why was their really these "bailout" bills...was it really to help our economy (if you look back in history prior to the Great Depression there was another depression in which self corrected, but you don't hear much about this) or was it to spend money on setting up his civilian corp? The government is NOT the solution to our problem...Government is THE problem. Why is it wherever I go I hear oh but the government will take care of this or that I don't have to worry about it. Quit being lazy get off your arse and have a little pride in yourself and go do something. I said it before in my last blog post this is all sounding a bit like Orwells' 1984~ For us conservatives I think this is all a warning...to the liberals I believe it is their "bible".

I once read that Hitler said "the youth of today is ever the people of tomorrow" there was more but that is all I remember at this time. That statement goes for no matter how you believe. We believe in making sure our kids KNOW their history of America so when someone is trying to blow smoke up their butts they know. They are told to not take our words for things that is said but rather research and form their own oppinions. They did just that the other night at an AFP rally but that is for another blog from this proud mama:0) Basically this man is treading on very dangerous waters. From my favorite song by Willie Nelson....Mamas Don't let your babies grow up to be -commies!! Sorry Willie only song I could come up with. I heard that awesome speech from the disabled Marine and my words echo his LEAVE MY KIDS ALONE!!!!

Are you the parent going to be given a link where this can be seen? So that you are armed when your child comes and asks questions... you need to be armed with the info so you can answer. If Obama wants to address your child shouldn't it be in your presence? Why does he have to take it to the classroom? Why can't he make it like any other presidential address when the children are home with their parents...oh thats right how else do you corrupt young innocent minds with your communist, marxist agenda!! I sincerely hope he doesn't try to start to influence our children with his political views I feel that is up to the parents. 9/11 National Day of Service???

WTF and yes you may take that "F" and use it however you want!!!! Right now I am not using it in a lady like manner let me tell you!!!!! This is a hijacking in everything that day is meant for. It is a day of remembrance, mourning for those lost, their families all those children growing up w/o a parent or possibly 2, aunts, uncles you name it.

*The Obama White House is behind a cynical, coldly calculated political effort to erase the meaning of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks from the American psyche and convert Sept. 11 into a day of leftist celebration and statist idolatry.

How did Michelle Obama put it- we need to change history...EXCUSE ME??? how do we change something that happened...what is done is done now we learn and move on never forgetting for future generations to learn from. They ultimately want to erase this sad harsh day in our history of America!

The White House pulls a crass political move that damages the non-partisan spirit of remembrance on September 11. Will you really forget that day you watched~ like me and millions of others ~ of the towers falling due to terrorist attacks? Really will you...if so shame on you. With the help of the Obama administration, the coalition is launching a public relations campaign under the radar of the mainstream media -- which remains almost uniformly terrified of criticizing the nation's first black president -- to try to change 9/11 from a day of reflection and remembrance to a day of activism, food banks, and community gardens.

They view Sept. 11 as a "Republican" day because it focuses the public on supposedly "Republican" issues like patriotism, national security, and terrorism. According to liberals, 9/11 was long ago hijacked by Republicans and their enablers and unfairly used to bludgeon helpless Democrats at election time.

Yearwood said the National Day of Service will be "the first milestone" of a larger effort called Green the Block that is attempting to convince Americans that the utopian fantasy of a so-called green economy is possible without turning the U.S. into a Third World country.

"From policy creation to community implementation, the Green the Block campaign wants to see access and opportunity created for all Americans, to build prosperity and a healthier planet for future generations," Yearwood said.

At no time does anyone explain why this National Day of Service has to be held -- of all the 365 days in a year -- on Sept. 11.

So Kennedy Dies....

Why should we get any less treatment than Ted.

He got all the treatment he needed to fight brain cancer yet they want us to accept substandard form of care that they are not subject to -yet WE pay their salary.

Ted being buried in Arlington Cemetary why should he get buried there when our military fought and died honorably and he dissed on them, cut their funding during Vietnam and now he gets the privelege of being buried among them?? What gives him that right after killing a girl because he was too stupid not to be sober and get behind the wheel. Some say oh he was drunk -it was accident...NO he killed her he left her til the next monring saving his sorry @$$ to go get help from his political people all for what a career. If it was not for his name and money he would have done time like anyone else.

I made a statement last night when I heard he passed on from his battle with brain cancer- that he finally did something right...meaning as he died. Maybe this wasn't the best way to have worded something as I never wish death on anyone, but had this been anyone else they would have done time, back in the day he would have hung for his crime of taking anothers life. Do I celebrate his death certainly not, but also feel he didn't deserve his place in the senate and certainly will NOT waste my time in mourning his passing. May he come back a better person in his next life.

I am really sick of these people in Washington, on the News, and the liberal media etc. Making Ted Kennedy sound like a saint who could do no wrong. Lets look at the real person shall we, He was a alcoholic, a murderer and a socialist.

In the end I do send condolences to the family as I am sure they are in grave pain in the loss of not one but now 2 family members.

Freedom of Speech in Action

Hello All,

By now you have probably heard that President Obama came to Montana last Friday. However, there are many things that the major news has not covered. I feel that since Bill and I live here and we were at the airport on Friday I should share some facts with you. Whatever you decide to do with the information is up to you. If you chose to share this email with others I do ask that you DELETE my email address before you forward this on.

On Wednesday, August 5th it was announced locally that the President would be coming here. There are many groups here that are against his healthcare and huge spending so those groups began talking and deciding on what they were going to do. The White House would not release ANY details other than the date.

On about Tuesday Bill found out that they would be holding the "Town Hall" at the airport. (This is only because Bill knows EVERYONE at the airport) Our airport is actually located outside ofBelgrade(tiny town) in a very remote location. Nothing is around there. They chose to use a hangar that is the most remotely located hangar. You could not pick a more remote location, and you can not get to it easily. It is totally secluded from the public.
FYI: We have many areas inBelgradeandBozemanwhich could have held a large amount of folks with sufficient parking. (gymnasiums/auditoriums). All of which have chairs and tables, and would not have to be SHIPPED IN!! $$$$$
During the week, cargo by the TONS was being shipped in constantly. Airport employees could not believe how it just kept coming. Though it was our President coming several expressed how excessive it was, especially during a recession. $$$$$

Late Tuesday/early Wednesday the 12th, they said that tickets would be handed out on Thursday 9am at two locations and the president would be arriving around 12:30 Friday.

Thursday morning about 600 tickets were passed out. However, 1500 were printed at a Local printing shop per White House request. Hmmmm......900 tickets just DISAPPEARED.
This same morning someone called into the radio from the local UPS branch and said that THOUSANDS of Dollars of Lobster were shipped in for Obama.Montanahas some of the best beef in the nation!!! And it would have been really wonderful to help out the local economy. Anyone heard of the Recession?? Just think...with all of the traveling the White House is doing. $$$$$ One can only imagine what else we are paying for.

On Friday Bill and I got out to the airport about 10:45am. The groups that wanted to protest Obama's spending and healthcare had gotten a permit to protest and that area was roped off. But that was not to be. A large bus carrying SEIU (Service Employees International Union) members drove up onto the area (illegal)and unloaded right there. It was quite a commotion and there were specifically 2 SEIU men trying to make trouble and start a fight. Police did get involved and arrested the one man but they said they did not have the manpower to remove the SEIU crowd.
The SEIU crowd was very organized and young. About 99% were under the age of 30 and they were not locals! They had bullhorns and PROFESSIONALLY made signs. Some even wore preprinted T-shirts. Oh, and Planned Parenthood folks were with them.....professing abortion rights with their T-shirts and preprinted signs. (BTW, all these folks did have a permit to protest in ANOTHER area)

Those against healthcare/spending moved away from the SEIU crowd to avoid confrontation. They were orderly and respectful. Even though SEIU kept coming over and walking through, continuing to be very intimidating and aggressive at the direction of the one SEIU man.

So we hadMontanafolks from ALL OVER the state with their homemade signs and their DOGS with homemade signs. We had cowboys, nurses, doctors you name it. There was even a guy fromTexaswho had been driving through. He found out about the occasion, went to the store, made a sign, and came to protest.

If you are wondering about the press.....Well, all of the major networks were over by that remote hangar I mentioned. They were conveniently parked on the other side of the buildings FAR away. None of these crowds were even visible to them. I have my doubts that they knew anything about the crowds.
We did have some local news media around us from this state andIdaho. Speaking of the local media...they were invited. However, all questions were to be turned into the White House in advance of the event. Wouldn't want anyone to have to think off the top of their head.

It was very obvious that it was meant to be totally controlled by the White House. Everything was orchestrated down to the last detail to make it appear thatMontanais just crazy for Obama and government healthcare. Even those people that talked about their insurance woes........the White House called our local HRDC (Human Resource and Development Committee) and asked for names. Then the White House asked those folks to come. Smoke and mirrors...EVERYTHING was staged!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very dismayed about what I learned about our current White House. The amount of control and manipulation was unbelievable. I felt I was not living in theUnited States of America, more like theUSSR!! I was physically nauseous. Bill and I have been around when Presidents or Heads of State visit. It has NEVER been like this. I am truly very frightened for our country.Americaneeds your prayers and your voices. If you care about our country please get involved. Know the issues. And let Congress hear your voices again and again!! If they are willing to put forth so much effort to BULLY a small town one can only imagine what is going on inWashingtonDC. Scary!!

What happened outside Obama’s Healthcare Town Hall Meeting:

As many by now know Obama came to Bozeman MT...well not really he was too chicken to bother leaving the airport so our "townhall" meeting was held at the airport. I have lots of photos to post soon but not on my own computer yet still having issues with the insurance company from staples in getting it fixed properly...we are on round 4! Motherboard issue the past 3 times so keep your fingers crossed. Anyhow where I have not been online this summer I have been very busy in local events for protests, rallys and yeah whatever I find that I feel is important to helping win against this no good for America man!

A Tea Party Perspective

The Bozeman Tea Party and supporters clashed with paid union thugs including Service Employees International Union, a group affiliated with ACORN and the Montana AFL-CIO who bussed down union members and paid community organizers from Missoula. While the Obama supporters arrived in the middle of the night, claimed our permitted area and had an early advantage with numbers and with positioning, we eventually turned out 300-350 people and tea-bagged them.

The opponents, who turned out approximately 150 people only a few of whom I could recognize from Gallatin County, initially outfoxed and out-positioned us. We tried several times to remove them as soon as we arrived in the early morning. The police were not able to remove them. Bill Dove, chief of airport security, using a megaphone told all of us that he and his men were there to protect the President of the United States and the Town Hall event, told the Obama supporters to leave our area and urged us to keep our cool. The Obama supporters refused to heed his order. Instead they continued to goad us. It was bordering on getting out-of-control but we refused to take the bait. We were outnumbered at that time—our people arrived late—and decided to back off, set up camp and do our program. After all, you can’t win a mud fight against pigs in a pig pen.

While we were regrouping, we eventually overran their chants. When our volunteer fire truck was set up with our loud PA system and put into position, we overwhelmed them and the battle was pretty much over. The fire truck was the perfect platform. I climbed on top and began our program welcoming our supporters to America’s Second Revolution. We kicked into high gear and pumped up the crowd. Tammy Hall also got it going. One guy, whom we never met before, Dr. David McKalip, a Florida-based neurosurgeon, took time from his Yellowstone Park vacation with his family and joined us when he heard about our rally. He gave a great speech. Dr. McKalip spoke about the need for accessible and affordable high-quality health care free from government intervention and the need to empower patients with the financial and decision-making power taking it from government and insurance companies. Anyone who wanted to speak got an opportunity. Janice Hall, an emergency room doctor from Billings and Jennifer Stillings, a local nurse both spoke. A woman from England discussed her country’s experience with government-run healthcare. Activists Bob Adney, Tom Tuck, Rep. Mike More (HD-70), Billie Orr and Stan Jones among others also spoke. Patient’s First, a national group was holding up the rear with their parked bus, gathering signatures on petitions and handing out information.

The opponents are led by paid hacks. In addition to union members, the Fund for Public Interest, a left-leaning pro-Obama non-profit organization is apparently paying $10-15 per hour, up to $600 per week for campaign workers to “go out in communities around the country and help make change happen.” With offices in Missoula, it is likely that the Fund sent people to the Friday protest.

Unlike many of the pro-Obama reformers, we are volunteers and do our work not for free, but at a personal loss and are proud to pay this small price for freedom. We, like most Montanans have a high level of distrust, concern and outrage over government control over private industries, and in this case the healthcare industry which comprises17 percent of our total economy. We are tired of bank bailouts, massive unsustainable spending and government takeover of private industries such as the auto industry, the banking industry and the insurance industry. While many of us agree that healthcare needs reform, we also feel that the best place to start is with tort reform to reduce the costs of physicians’ malpractice insurance and incentives for maintaining health.

The Sunday prior to President Obama’s visit Tea Party protesters gathered at the Museum of the Rockies to greet Senator Max Baucus. Baucus, who acted like John the Baptist clearing the way for the arrival of the Chosen One, was in town to promote the Make Health Happen Montana conference. The President realizes the importance of Montana, in part due to Baucus’ position as Chairman of the powerful Senate Finance Committee and wanted to pressure the Senator into backing his more aggressive healthcare reform agenda.

While Baucus showed courage in getting out of his car and addressing Tea Party protesters for an impromptu question and answer session, his comments to the media the next day diminished our respect for him. In an interview with the Daily Inter Lake, Baucus said “he tried to talk with people protesting outside the conference, but said they would not let him speak" which is a fabrication. He said that one demonstrator "was bused in from Texas" implying that others were also bussed in is also a lie. We don’t need to bus people in because our volunteers, who in overwhelming numbers live in Gallatin County and vicinity, were willing to come out in full force on a Sunday night to stage this protest. Baucus went further in insulting us calling us "the closest thing to a mob that I've ever experienced in my life." I guess he’s never been to a Cat-Griz game before. Insulting tea party patriots and offering patent lies is the new political speak and modus operandi of the White House. It is a shameful attempt to denigrate us, dismiss our concerns, and project blame. It’s unfortunate because we had some very credible people at the rally including Dr. JD Clark, a local podiatrist who asked Baucus a pressing question about government micromanagement of his practice; Peter O’Reilly, M.D., a retired anesthesiologist; local activists Nick Landeros and Dan Bennett and others spoke during the open mike session.

The scene outside the President’s Town Hall meeting nearly a quarter mile away in the free speech zone was in stark contrast to the kumbaya session inside the hangar. In the field, paid left-wing extremists led by paid members of the SEIU and community organizers, bused down along with Montana AFL-CIO members—the new brownshirts of our tim—were trying to cause havoc. They attempted to goad us into direct conflict; we ultimately refused, regrouped, got on message and blew them into silence once our program began. Some media were present but the stage for this confrontation was purposefully set far away from the President and the media entourage and was barely reported on.

Tea Party protesters and other groups are organizing a 912 rally in Washington, DC and at state capitals throughout the country including the Helena Capital. The bottom line is that we, the people, surround them, the paid union members and their loyalists. We tea-bagged them in Bozeman and will do it again in Helena and around the nation.

The bill was cosponsored by Rep. John J. Duncan, Jr. (R.-Tenn.) on March 19. The stated objective of H.R. 1146 is to end membership of the United States in the United Nations. It would accomplish this end by initiating the following actions: � Repeal the United Nations Participation Act of 1945; � Require the president to terminate all participation by the United States in the United Nations, and any organ, specialized agency, commission, or other formally affiliated body of the United Nations; � Close the United States Mission to United Nations; � Terminate the appropriation of funds for assessed or voluntary contributions of the United States to the United Nations or any of its affiliated agencies; � Prohibit funding of contributions to any United Nations military operation; � Prohibit any member of the Armed Forces of the United States from serving under the command of the United Nations; � Prohibit employees of the United Nations from using U.S. government property; � Suspend diplomatic immunity for officers and employees of the United Nations; � Repeal acts authorizing U.S. participation in UN agencies such as the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization; the United Nations Environment Program; and the World Health Organization; and would end all participation in any and all conventions and agreements with the United Nations. In �America�s Role in the United Nations,� a statement made before the House on September 18, 2000, Rep. Paul explained his reasons for introducing this legislation, which he has done in every Congress since 1997. A key part of his argument follows: "To date, Congress has attempted to curb the abuse of power of the United Nations by urging the United Nations to reform itself, threatening the nonpayment of assessments and dues allegedly owed by the United States and thereby cutting off the United Nations' major source of funds. America's problems with the United Nations will not, however, be solved by such reform measures. The threat posed by the United Nations to the sovereignty of the United States and independence is not that the United Nations is currently plagued by a bloated and irresponsible international bureaucracy. Rather, the threat arises from the United Nation's Charter which � from the beginning � was a threat to sovereignty protections in the U.S. Constitution. The American people have not, however, approved of the Charter of the United Nations which, by its nature, cannot be the supreme law of the land for it was never 'made under the Authority of the U.S.,' as required by Article VI."
